Hi! I’m Katya

Based in Rochester Hills, Michigan, I’m a creative with a deep love for travel and storytelling. Exploring new places and capturing their unique mood, light, and culture through my lens is one of the most meaningful parts of my creative life. Photography allows me to share the world as I see it—through a perspective that values beauty, emotion, and connection.

Whether I’m photographing a quiet street in a new city or a batch of freshly baked pastries at home, I’m always chasing that feeling of presence and wonder. Baking and food styling have become beautiful extensions of that creative process. I find so much joy in developing seasonal recipes, playing with color theory, and using natural elements as props to tell a richer, more flavorful story.

In everything I do, I’m drawn to authenticity, detail, and the art of slowing down. Whether it’s through food, photography, or travel, I believe in creating work that feels true, abundant, and deeply connected to both people and place.
